1. Parties

Aytalya Transfer Group: Operator providing airport transfer services.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the scope, conditions, and rights and obligations of the parties regarding the airport transfer services offered to the user through the Aytalya Transfer Group website.

3. Scope of Service

Aytalya Transfer Group provides transfer service between the airport and the destination chosen by the user. The service includes:

Allocation of the necessary vehicle for the transfer

Experienced and friendly driver

Comfortable and safe travel

24/7 customer support

4. Price and Payment

The transfer fee varies depending on the vehicle type chosen, the destination, and the travel date. The user can pay by credit card or bank transfer after making a reservation through the website or by phone.

5. Reservation and Cancellation

Users can make reservations through the Aytalya Transfer Group website or by phone. Reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

6. Rights and Obligations of the User

The user will receive a transfer service suitable for the chosen vehicle type and destination.

The user must not smoke, eat or drink in the vehicle during the transfer and must not cause any damage to the vehicle.

The user must be ready at the transfer time and must not cause any delays.

Aytalya Transfer Group has the right to delay or cancel the transfer service due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, traffic accident, etc.).

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by the Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. Entry into Force

11. Acceptance

By making a reservation through the website, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement in its entirety.
